Emma’s corporate career specialising in HR, Leadership Development, Career Development and Coaching spans over 15 years. Emma has supported the career transition and growth of many leaders and returning parents largely in the insurance, financial and professional services sectors including companies such as Westpac, Zurich Financial Services, KPMG and JPMorgan in the UK and Australia. Having started her own early career in Superannuation and Sales, Emma is an expert at career reinvention and transition and now, with 3 children and managing two businesses, understands the challenges most parents face when balancing work and family.

Kiri Stejko has over 17 years’ experience in the careers arena in human resources, talent management and recruitment. Kiri is a trained Psychotherapist, with a BA (Psychology), and a Graduate Diploma in the Science of Psychology as well as Counselling. Additionally, she is a certified HBDI practitioner. With this combination of experience and training, Kiri is an expert in career coaching and talent management. Kiri supports organisations and individuals from an array of sectors to find opportunities and strategies that optimise their potential and talent. She is passionate about helping professionals feel genuinely motivated and engaged in their careers.
An experienced career and leadership coach, Lisa has over 15 years’ experience leading and coaching individuals and teams through change often working in dynamic and fast paced environments. Lisa has worked with clients from a range of industries and sectors such as Seven West Media, Fairfax Media, NSW Premiers Department, Macquarie Bank, Ai-Media, Westpac and Qantas. Lisa has a passion for supporting working parents and balances her work with raising her 3 children. Lisa holds a Masters of Coaching Psychology and Organisational Coaching from Sydney University.
Sarah is a highly skilled coach and facilitator specialising in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development with more than 20 years’ business experience across Europe and Australia. Sarah has worked across a number of private and public sector organisations in industries including: investment and retail banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications, professional services, media and government in both the UK and Australia. Sarah enjoys juggling work and family with her twin boys! Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with post studies in Positive Psychology and Performance Coaching.
Jen North is a highly skilled Executive Coach, Career Management and Human Resources Practitioner. With more than 20 years of experience working in Australia, Hong Kong and the UK in senior management and executive positions, Jen brings first-hand knowledge and understanding of what it takes to manage a corporate career whilst raising a family and what it takes to survive and thrive. In 2014, Jen conducted a research study examining the impact of maternity coaching on the return to work transitions of experienced, professional women. Jen holds a Bachelor of Business degree (Human Resources and Industrial Relations) and a Masters of Business Coaching. Jennifer has three school-aged children and works part-time.
